Protection for School Bus Makers Over Children? |

NHTSA, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, issued new rules this week that will improve the nation’s 474,000 school buses. Seat and shoulder belts will be required on small school buses. The requirement will also change seat backs making them four inches higher to 24 inches in all new buses.

Actor, Gary Coleman, Caused Pedestrian Accident with Colt Rushton in Utah |
|
Actor Gary Coleman was involved in what is being described as a pedestrian accident in Utah early Saturday morning. However, it it not clear if this was really an accident, reckless behavior or intentional conduct. The facts of the incident show that initially there was nothing more than a minor altercation involving the actor, best known for his appearances in the hit 80s TV show Diff’rent Strokes, and another man, Colt Rushton, at a bowling alley.
